A project which showed up on the "We Are the Manidoo Gathering II" compilation in 2022, but stayed dormant ever since, finally unleashes its inaugural demo tape.
20 minutes of frantic and wild incursions into chaotic Raw Black Punk territory. Sometimes dissonant, others channeling the might of wolfish solitude and reverance under the artic winters, Waawoono's music is incredibly sincere, urgent, feeling rather improvised even, perfectly encapsulating the barren, feral nature of Canada's endless taiga and the untamable spirits that dwell in the snowy inhospitable depths of the arctic.
To be appreciated by fans of the other Puk-ish Raw BM material in the circle, and acts like Rathsaa, Nefarious Scorn, Pillar Tombs of Aku, Heidendoder, etc.
